    Port Hardy is also home to five fish processing facilities, a barge terminal, extensive park and trail systems, several government wharves and the start of the new BC Marine Trail. Service organizations and social groups such as Rotary, Lion’s, Kinsmen, Royal Canadian Legion and Dragon Boat team provide invaluable support for the community while increasing quality of life and a sense of belonging for members.
